Daniel Jeczmien | Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Dr Marc Lepere | Co-Founder and Chief Science Officer
Marc leads Executive Education on ESG & Sustainability at King’s Business School, King’s College London. Marc’s research is in Political Economy at King’s College London. He holds a PhD and a MSc from King’s College London, and is an Economics graduate of Trinity College, Dublin. He is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. Marc has published in leading journals including Stanford Social Innovation Review, the Financial Times and Discovering Truth (series 1) which was nominated for a Pulitzer Prize. Marc has served as Chief Marketing Officer, Havas Worldwide; Executive Vice President, McCann Erickson WorldGroup and Deputy Chairman, Dentsu (EMEA).
Andrew Winnicki | Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer
Andrew is a highly accomplished, results-oriented software engineer with over 20 years’ experience. He has spent the last 10 years leading, mentoring, developing and hiring hundreds of talented software engineers worldwide, delivering multimillion-dollar projects for brands such as NVIDIA & Discovery. He is a skilled engineer with proven expertise building modern web architectures and applications using JavaScript, including modern frameworks such as Vue, React, NodeJS. Andrew continuously expands his skills with the Institute for Management Development, and in 2021, he was nominated for an annual Chief Digital Officer award.
Nick Sachs | Director of Audit and Finance
Nick is a qualified chartered accountant and exam qualified CFA, who started his career at KPMG in South Africa as an Auditor. Moving to the UK he specialized in finance for startups, SMEs and venture capital working at companies such as BDO UK, Gresham House, Mileway and Punter Southall. He has over 8 years of finance experience and worked with a variety of different businesses running their finance functions, audits, managing teams and various projects. Before his career Nick studied accounting at the University of Stellenbosch in South Africa and holds an Honors degree.
